总 目 标:承担馨赏家品牌在规定所辖区域的市场拓展、销售达成、团队组建和人力资源培养。
Target: shoulder the market development, finish of sales, team building and human resource training of HSS.
任职条件Requirements:
教育程度:大专以上学历,市场营销、工商企业管理等相关管理专业。
Education: higher than junior college, major in marketing, business administration or other relevant majors.
工作经验:10年以上大型商业连锁企业或零售企业高级营运管理工作经验。熟悉零售行业门店、客户服务、物流和新店开发管理流程;具有敏锐的市场敏感度和经营管理意识。
Work experience: over 10-year-experience of working as senior operation mgmt people in big chain store or retail company, familiar with process of retail stores, customer service, logistics and new store; have sharp market sensitivity and operation mgmt awareness.
素质要求:公正开放的心态;强烈的责任感;具有全局意识的成就导向
Quality requirement: a fair and open attitude; strong sense of responsibility; have an awareness of overall interest.
职 责:
1、根据馨赏家品牌的总体战略规划,负责全国馨赏家门店系统业务的总体规划、发展和管理,确保馨赏家经营目标的达成,实现馨赏家总体战略;
Based on HSS general strategic plan, the person should be responsible for the general planning, development and mgmt of all HSS store business to ensure the reach of HSS operation target and to realize the general strategy of HSS.
2、根据馨赏家整体门店战略规划,与资产管理部合作实现馨赏家门店零售终端的拓展。
Based on HSS general store strategic planning, cooperate with asset team to realize the terminal development of HSS store.
3、指导各区域制定馨赏家的战略发展和业务计划,负责对各区域业务整体运营进行指导管理,推动并确保门店系统关键绩效指标的顺利达成;
Instruct each regions to make HSS strategic development and business plan, responsible for the instruction and mgmt to the overall business in each region, push and ensure the successful reach of KPI for store system.
