Education: higher than junior college, major in marketing, business administration and HR mgmt or other relevant majors.
工作经验:相关行业5年以上经营管理经验,精通行业经营领域,具有零售管理、市场拓展、品牌管理、体系规划等全面营运综合管理经验.。
Work experience: over five-year operation mgmt experience of relevant industry, proficient in operation area, have retail mgmt, market development, brand mgmt, system planning and other comprehensive operation mgmt experience.
知识与能力:熟悉零售专业知识、商品流通和相关法律法规;具备一定的财务知识和报表分析能力;良好的领导力和团队建设能力;良好的人际沟通和协调能力;良好的目标管理和计划控制能力;良好的执行力和创新能力;良好的商业思维和服务意识;
Knowledge and ability: familiar with retail knowledge, merchandising and relevant laws; have certain financial knowledge and report analysis ability; good leadership and teambuilding ability; good interpersonal communication and coordination ability; good target mgmt and plan control ability; good execution and innovation; good business thinking and service awareness.

职 责:
策略规划strategic planning:
1、根据公司的总体战略规划,制定和实施区域的业务发展规划,协助和监督所辖店面的业务活动,实现公司的整体战略;
Based on company’s general strategic plan, make and implement regional business development plan, help and supervise the business of stores and to realize company’s general strategy.
2、根据公司门店战略布局,与资产管理部合作,实现区域内选址和正式开业前的各项准备工作,保证新店正常营业。
Based on company’s store strategic layout, cooperate with asset team, to select location in the region and prepare before grand opening to guarantee the formal running when new store is opened.
业务运作business operation:
3、通过维护和发展区域经营计划,激发所辖地区各部门之间相互支持和协作,共同完成公司下达的区域各项年度计划及经营指标;
Through maintaining and developing regional operation plan, motivate the support and coordination between each dept in the region, finish each annual plan and operation index given by company to region.
4、根据公司的相关理念,协助贯彻执行公司的管理制度,为区域各个部门业务开展和经营管理工作营造科学、规范、良好的组织环境,确保区域门店各项业务操作、形象、服务、商品、资金、资产、安全等符合公司标准;
Based on company’s relevant idea, help to implement company’s mgmt system, create scientific, formal and good organization environment for each dept in the region to work; ensure each business operation, image, service, merchandise, fund, asset and safety in the regional stores conform to company’s standard.
5、保持对店面的密切关注,结合业务实践,积极提出管理理念和操作流程上的建议,共同参与公司整体零售操作的改善;
Keep giving close attention to stores; based on actual business practice, actively propose some suggestions for mgmt idea and operation process; participate in the improvement of company’s general retail operation.
6、协调区域内外的关系,为区域赢得良好的运作环境;组织处理公司层面的重大突发事件,保证区域的正常运作;
Coordinate relationship inside and outside region, win good operation environment for regions; organize to handle big emergency on company’s level; ensure the normal operation of the region.
7、根据公司政策和文化,开发和维护客户关系,传播公司企业文化。在员工、顾客和社会,维护公司的良好形象,形成区域竞争优势;
Based on company’s policy and culture, develop and maintain customer relationship, diffuse company culture. Maintain good company image in employees, customers and society to form regional competitive advantage.
8、了解每日、每周和每月销售状况,并提供可行性建议或增加销售额的策略;
Know monthly, weekly and daily sales status and provide feasible suggestions or strategies for improving sales.
9、对直接部属的工作进行监督检查,按照绩效考核体系以及任务的性质,对其业绩进行考、核评估,保证部署的工作顺利完成,并确保直接下属能力上符合公司整体发展要求;
Supervise and check the direct subordinates’ work, evaluate their performance according to performance evaluation system and their task nature; ensure the work arranged can be finished successfully and ensure the direct subordinates’ ability can conform to company’s development requirements.

财务管理financial mgmt:
12、在公司的整体预算框架下,制定区域年度预算,根据实际业务需要,做必要调整以确保各项操作在财务预算内进行;
Based on company’s general budget frame, make regional annual budget; based on the need for actual business, make necessary adjustment to ensure each operation can be made within the range of budget.
13、负责协助区域内管理指标的设立,确保与公司目标和政策的一致,确保关键财务业绩指标的达成;
Responsible for help set up the regional mgmt index; ensure the index complies with company’s target and policy; ensure the reach of key financial performance index.
14、根据公司授权内运营费用,完成对各门店运营费用的审批使用,保证门店运营费用得到有效的监督管理;
Based on company’s authorized operational expense, finish the approval for each store’s operational expense; ensure the effective monitoring and mgmt for the store’s operational expense.
人员管理personnel mgmt:
15、负责区域组织结构的完善,制定相应的人力资源督导和培训方案,并保证实施;
Responsible for the improvement of regional organization structure, make relevant HR
16、直接负责区域内主要管理岗位的培训和评估活动;
Directly responsible for the training and evaluation of the major mgmt positions in the region.
17、负责对门店下属人员的绩效考评和胜任力评估活动,保证下属人员的绩效和能力符合公司标准;
Responsible for the performance evaluation and competence appraising of store people, should ensure the performance and ability of his subordinated conform to company’s standard.
18、负责门店人员团队建设和各项HR指标的达成,确保人事政策的贯彻实施和工作环境符合公司标准;
Responsible for the teambuilding of store people and the reach of each HR index, should ensure the implementation of HR policy and the environment comply with company’s standard.

其他others:
19、不间断的报告市场竞争状况,时时了解国内外家居业市场的趋势和新发展。
Keep reporting market competition status; know the trend and new development of furnishing industry market both in domestic and overseas.
20、代表公司参加区域重大业务洽谈、公关活动等重要活动,积极维护各类社会关系。
Represent company to attend regional important business talks, PR and other vital events, actively maintain each social relationship.
21、完成上级安排的其它工作。
Finish other work given by the superior.
