1. Medical university education, pathology education is preferred.
2. Willing to travel and fundamental English and Computer knowledge;
3. Experinec in IHC field application or sales practice is the must.
4. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and initiative in working independently
5. Monitor competitive activities and customer response and provide feedback to management
6. Prepare sales forecasts and analysis and develop plans to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Committed to master product knowledge
8. Good team player, reliable and disciplined

| 职 责： |
1.Responsible for application and sales for IHC (Immulogy / Histo-Chemistry) Instruments and Reagent, locates in Beijing or Shanghai.
2.Pre-sales technical support to end user or dealers
3.Facilitate the sales activities and monitor the sales performance of dealers, including daily dealer management
4.Standard application training after installation and routine trouble shooting
5.Basic product training for internal and external groups, including wet workshop and instrument demonstration
6.Initiate and support the regional marketing programs
7.Routine customer visit and firm relationship with key customers
8.Routine technical support for internal and external groups, relating IHC business
