Bachelor degree, prefer educational emphasis in construction management or engineering.
Previous management experience leading people and construction projects.
Technical aptitude, ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.

Excellent communication & coordination skills, fluent in English both written and verbal.
Proficient personal computer skills with working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. |

职 责: |
The Field Services Manager is primary responsible to manage the department and resources which conduct all field activities. These activities include but are not limited to; Turnkey Product Installation Services, Project Management, Technical Sales Support, Warranty Services, Replacement Parts and Service Sales.
Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide direction and leadership for the effective execution of Musco’s field activities.
Lead, Organize, and Develop the Services Team and subsequent processes and procedures to maximize the department’s effectiveness.
Engages with Company Leadership to develop and execute business opportunities related to the company’s products & services sales objectives.
Serve as a liaison to Field Sales for service related matters.
Manage subcontractors including, initial research of capabilities, on-going management of service delivery performance and approval of invoices for work performed.
Oversight of all preventive maintenance and warranty service call operations, scheduling, dispatch, and execution.
Ensuring effective feedback to Engineering and Production management on any field product or installation issues, recommend changes that will improve performance, quality control, and cost effectiveness.
Ensure that all relevant department activities are tracked and managed through Musco’s computer systems.
Ensure on time, on budget, project installations, and maintain Musco quality standards as well as safety requirements.
Interface with Sales, Credit, and other Contract Administrators to insure timeliness of collections.
Review service and installation reports and monitor maintenance agreements to assure timely and appropriate completion of service obligations.
Resolve customer problems and complaints, implement improvements, and escalate issues to the appropriate departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule
Frequent overnight business trips with irregular working hours will be required. |
