职 责:
(1 position in Shanghai and 1 position in Beijing)
Reporting to the Managing Director –China . The successful applicant will be responsible for developing creative and aggressive sales packages and solutions for luxury brands in China which includes print media, online and events.

The successful candidate will most likely have a quality University Degree and an MBA from a recognized institution. Ideally he or she would have a strong sales and marketing background with China market experience and must be bi-lingual in Chinese and English. This is a high profile position which will lead to expanding career opportunities within the Edipresse Group.

1.Set sales targets for individual sales team members. Making sure that they are well trained and knowledgeable of all company’s products.
2.Monitor sales performance of every sales member and assist them in achieving their own targets.
3.Work with event manager to present advertising and event packages to clients
4.Develop creative sales proposals template in PPT format to be used by the sales team members.
5.Constantly provide media market information to management and sales members
6.To hold weekly sales meeting with team members to analyze shortfalls of revenues/ problems faced by sales team members and provide solutions
7.Build a comprehensive tracking system to analyze competitor’s advertising volumes. Indentify list of advertisers who are missing from our magazines and assign these clients to the sales team member.
8.Making sure that sales personnel are approaching every prospect and clients are being followed closely.
9.Constant monitoring, validating and updating of the client’s database
10.Compile weekly sales activities reports.
11.Coordinate with finance department to ensure timely collection of monthly billings.
12.Share and update client’s information with HK & BJ sales team leaders and vice versa on a weekly basis via video conferencing meeting. Objective is to see how to pull our resources together to achieve global targets
13.Work closely with the Managing Director to develop existing and new business in China.
14.As a senior member of the China management team, he or she should contribute actively to Edipresse development strategies for China.
